Yoga for Respite and Restoration

This is a practice of gentle, mindful movement, breath work, and meditation in a safe and welcoming space to encourage rest. Participants can practice in a chair or on a mat. RSVP is required to attend. Click here to RSVP by the Monday prior to the class session.
