Meditation and Mindfulness 4-Week Series

For continued participation, attendance the first week is required. This 4-week program is designed to help you be present with the various experiences of grief you may encounter in daily life. You will learn meditation concepts and practices to live mindfully alongside your grief. No experience necessary. Click here to RSVP by February 26th.

Yoga for Respite and Restoration

The Peggy F. Murphy Community Grief Center 5920 Homestead Road, Fort. Wayne, IN

2nd and 4th Wednesdays 5:30-6:20pm This is a practice of gentle, mindful movement, breath work, and meditation in a safe and welcoming space to encourage rest. Held the 2nd Saturday of every month. 10-11:30am. A group-directed discussion on death and dying over coffee or tea and baked goods. No agenda, objectives, or themes.
