Yoga for Respite and Restoration

1st and 3rd Wednesdays: September-December | 10:00-10:50 AM **DUE TO LIMITED SPACE, REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR EACH SESSION** Register online by the Monday prior to each session. This 50-minute practice is designed for rest through mindful movements, breathing, and meditation. You can practice in a chair or on a mat. No experience is required.
